I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, tidy, and had a lovely terrace. The daily cleaning was excellent, and the WiFi was the best I've experienced at a hotel. The pool service was exceptional, fast, and efficient, with great prices for everything.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly and helpful Olga at reception. The hotel is nestled in a beautiful clean and green forest, although some room issues were present initially. The surrounding atmosphere was serene and peaceful.
When I first arrived at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the size and cleanliness of the rooms. Although the terrace design lacked privacy, it was still a nice feature. The WiFi connection in the room was excellent, and I enjoyed the efficient service by the pool. Prices were reasonable, making it a great value overall.
The hotel is nestled within pine trees, offering spacious and clean rooms with friendly staff. However, the rooms were darker than expected due to limited natural light and dark decor. The service, while professional, was challenging for non-Russian and non-German-speaking guests. The location provides a beautiful view with shade, but the beach may feel small at times. The dining experience offers ample choices until early morning but starts early in an open buffet style.
